Matthew
Tuttle is a Certified Financial Planner® professional. He is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Tuttle Wealth Management, LLC.
Matthew

accounting and trade association meetings across the country, he is a frequent

He

Street YMCA.
He has also provided continuing education instruction to CPAs at Baruch College,
the CPA / LAW Forum and through the CPA
Report.
He

Under 40 Award, given annually to 40 executives who
demonstrate extraordinary leadership qualities, with outstanding accomplishments in their respective fields. Recipients exhibit a strong, ongoing commitment
to professional development.
In
addition to his books, Matthew has written two chapters for the Life Insurance Answer Book, the desk
reference guide for life insurance agents.
He has also contributed to the
Wealth Management Manual.

Dean Kasparian is one of the leading experts
in market analysis. His
research and work as President of AIQ Systems led to the development of
the
first artificial intelligence-based trading software program. Dean has
devoted over 20 years to the science and study of quantitative
market analysis. Using proprietary systems and approaches to market
strategies
and tactical asset allocation, he has acquired and honed a unique blend
of
skills. Dean's proven software development expertise, coupled with his
experience in both trading and investing has given him a deep
understanding of
the financial marketplace. Areas of specialization include technical and
fundamental market analysis, trading system development tools, and group
/
sector analysis techniques.
In 2005, Dean was recruited to PerTrac Financial Solutions (formerly
Strategic Financial Solutions) as Chief Operating Officer. (PerTrac is the world's
leading asset allocation and investment analysis software for money managers,
hedge funds, or family trusts.) Dean has appeared frequently as a guest on many
national financial television and radio programs, and is a featured presenter
on the national lecture circuit, speaking on market analysis, and designing and
testing trading systems.
Dean's background has led him to specialize
beyond the broad market; while his analysis may start there, he finishes in the
area of subsurface style analysis, researching and responding to impending
changes in market trends across various styles as well as asset classes. This
results in being able to position within the most promising asset classes
within asset styles.

Scott Gottlieb

As Chief Compliance Officer and TWM legal counsel, Scott Gottlieb brings to Tuttle Wealth Management more than thirteen years of experience in developing,
implementing and monitoring compliance programs for investment
advisers, hedge funds and broker-dealers. Scott is also the founder and President of U.S. Compliance Consultants, a full-service compliance consulting firm
offering a wide range of registration and compliance services to state
and SEC registered investment advisers.
Mr. Gottlieb has served as President of both
Massachusetts Compliance Consultants and Connecticut Compliance
Consultants.
Based on his vision for a simplified model of providing
compliance consulting solutions, these regional companies emerged as a
leading provider of compliance consulting services to registered
investment advisers, recognized throughout the industry for its
dedication to client service. Mr. Gottlieb also practiced corporate and
securities law in the New York and Los Angeles offices of Kelley, Drye
& Warren LLP, an international law firm, as well as with various
state-based law firms. During the course of his legal career he advised
clients on securities regulation, investment adviser compliance,
broker-dealer regulatory issues, initial public offerings, private
placements, venture capital financings and international joint ventures.
Mr. Gottlieb is an honors graduate of Tufts University and the
University of Connecticut School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr.
Gottlieb maintained his Series 7 license as a Financial Consultant with
Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Mr. Gottlieb is a member of the
National Society of Compliance Professionals; the Society of Corporate
Compliance and Ethics; the Association for Practical and Professional
Ethics; and the American Bar Association Center for Professional
Responsibility.
